Another Box Missed...

This week's box was missed entirely. We hosted a party at our house that night and just didn't get there. Our box stayed with other unclaimed boxes for disposition at the discretion of the host site family.

According to Two Small Farms, each host gets to choose what to do with boxes left past the pick-up end time. Most use the boxes themselves or share the food with friends.

The following hit the "virtual" compost pile this week:

• Baby Spinach
• Collard Greens
• Basil, Lemon Basil, or Mint
• Red Beets
• Cabbage
• Mei Quin Choy
